Security, Availability & Data Backup

• Hosted on servers located in highly secure facilities with on-site security personnel, controlled access to the equipment and network, surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
• Multiple firewalls to prevent unauthorized network access.
• HTTPS protocol and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology create a secure connection and encrypt data sent between the client web browser and the web server.
• All users authenticated with a unique password-protected account.
• All user sessions are terminated after a specified period of inactivity.
• Redundant network design with multiple upstream Internet connections to eliminate single points of failure and guarantee 99.999% up-time.
• Redundant Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), HVAC and environmental systems plus diesel generators for backup power.
• Clustered server architecture includes fail-over and load-balanced services for high-availability. Services are monitored 24x7x365 by Focus-3 support staff.
• Data is backed up incrementally once per day and fully once per week to multiple locations
