Focus3 Overview
User Sessions
- A User Session is a unique connection between a User's web browser the Focus3 server that is established when the User logs in.
- When you first log in, a 2-hour user session is established on the server. The server will reset the 2-hour session time every time the User clicks to request a new page view.
- As a security precaution, if you remain inactive in Focus3 for 2 hours or more, your user session will automatically be terminated by the server and you will be directed to the User Login page to re-enter your account User ID and Password.
- As a security precaution, each User Account may only have one active user session at a time. When a new user session is created, it will terminate any existing, active sessions for the same User Account.
- If your User Session frequently ends in less than 2 hours, you should ask your network/system administrator or ISP to confirm that the session timeout settings are set for 2 hours or more.
