Using Focus3
Inquiry Types
Overview
- Inquiry Types are values used to indicate the response method a Contact initially used to inquire about the Property, used for reporting purposes.
- Assigning an Inquiry Type is required when a Contact is first added to Focus3. The Inquiry Type may be edited the Contact on the Contact Details page. The assigned Inquiry Type is also displayed on the Contact Summary page.

Users with the "Manage Contact Attributes" Permission:

To Add/Edit Inquiry Type values:
- Click on the "Admin" tab to display the Admin page.
- Click on the "Inquiry Types" link to display the Inquiry Types page. The Inquiry Types page lists all existing Inquiry Types values in alphabetical order.
- Click on the Inquiry Types Name that you'd like to modify, or click on the "Add Inquiry Type" link to add a new Inquiry Type value. The Inquiry Type Detail page will be displayed.
- Complete the fields as desired and click the "Save" button. See the Inquiry Type Field Descriptions for detailed field descriptions.
