Lead Status
Overview
- A Lead Status value is a Contact's ranking/rating as defined by your Company, used for reporting purposes.
- Lead Status values may be used to indicate a Contact's current intent or interest-level regarding the Property.
- Assigning a Lead Status Lead Status is required when a Contact is first added to Focus3 and may be updated on the Contact Details page, or when completing subsequent Call, Tour, Inbound, or Reservation Actions. The assigned Lead Status is also displayed on the Contact Summary page.

Users with the "Manage Contact Attributes" Permission:

To Add/Edit Lead Status values:
- Click on the "Admin" tab to display the Admin page.
- Click on the "Lead Status" link to display the Lead Status page. The Lead Status page lists all existing Lead Status values in alphabetical order.
- Click on the Lead Status Name that you'd like to modify, or click on the "Add Lead Status" link to add a new Lead Status value. The Lead Status Detail page will be displayed.
- Complete the fields as desired and click the "Save" button. See the Lead Status Field Descriptions for detailed field descriptions.
