Logging In

Overview

• To access Focus3, each User must log in via a standard web browser.

Related Tasks

1. You will receive an email from Focus3 containing your Focus3 account User ID and Password.
2. Launch your web browser and access the Focus3 User Login page at https://secure.focus-3.com/. You may also access this page by visiting the Focus3 web site, at http://www.focus-3.com, and clicking on the "Member Login" link on the upper right corner of the page.
   • TIP: For easy access to Focus3, be sure to bookmark the User Login page in your web browser. You can also save a shortcut or alias to the User Login page on your computer's Desktop to automatically open the page in your default web browser.
3. Enter your account User ID and Password.
4. Check the "Remember Me" box if you'd like for the browser to retain your User ID.
   • Remember User ID
     • If you check the "Remember my User ID" box when you sign in to Focus3, your User ID will remain filled in even after closing your browser. This will allow you to return later without re-entering your User ID.
     • Do not check the "Remember my User ID" box if you're concerned with other people gaining access to Focus3 or if you use a shared computer.
5. Click the "Continue" button.
   • If you have a single Property Account, the MyFocus page will be displayed.
   • If you have multiple Property Accounts, the Select Property Account page will be displayed.
     • Simply select the desired account from the Property Account drop-down menu and click the "Continue" button to display the MyFocus page.
