Qualifiers
Overview
- Qualifiers consist of set of ten questions that are pre-defined for the Property.
- Users may save a Contact's answers to the questions in the form of custom text input areas or pre-defined drop-down menus or checkboxes.
- The questions may record anything that is useful to the Sales Exec or Property such as the interests or personal preferences of the Contact.
- Qualifiers are accessible via the Contact's Contact Summary page, by clicking on the "Qualifiers" tab.
- A User with the "Manage Contact Attributes" Permission may edit the ten preset question and answer values.

Users with the "Manage Contact Attributes" Permission:

To Add/Edit Qualifiers question and/or answer values:
- Click on the "Admin" tab to display the Admin page.
- Click on the "Qualifiers" link to display the Qualifiers page. The Qualifiers page lists all of the existing question and answer values along with the last Date Updated.
- Complete the fields as desired. See the Qualifier Field Descriptions for detailed field descriptions.
- Click the "Save" button.

Users who are the assigned Sales Exec, a Sales Assistant for the Assigned Sales Exec or with the "Manage All Contacts" Permission:

To Add/Edit Qualifiers Answers for a Contact:
- Navigate to the desired Contact. (see Contact Search)
- Click the "Qualifiers" tab to display the Qualifier questions and answers.
- Enter or edit answer values as desired. To clear and reset all of the answer values, click the "Reset Qualifiers" button.
- Click the "Save" button.

Date Updated
- System-generated field.
- Date when question or answer value was last changed. (ex. 1/1/2006)

Question
- Optional text input.
- Question displayed on Contact. (ex. How soon will you be making a decision?)

Answer
- Optional text input.

Answer input displayed for related question. Answer values may be designated as text input areas (for freeform responses), drop-down menus (for a single pre-defined value), or checkboxes (for optional, multiple values).
- Enter nothing to allow Users to enter custom text responses. (ex. [blank])
- Enter desired text values separated by semi-colons to require Users to select one of the values from a drop-down list. (ex. 0-3 Months;4-6 Months;6-12 Months;)
- Enter desired text values separated by colons to allow Users to select one or more values in the form of checkboxes. (ex. Golf:Swimming:Fishing:)
