Transferring a Contact

  1. Navigate to the desired Contact's Contact Summary page.
  2. Review the Contact and enter any information in the Notes field on the Contact Details page that should be transferred to the new Property. This would include items such as comments regarding the assignment of a Sales Exec or a reference to the original marketing Campaign.
  3. Select "Transfer" from the "Add New Action" drop-down menu in the Sales Path section.
  4. Complete the fields as desired. See the Field Descriptions below for detailed field descriptions.
  5. Click the "Save" button to transfer the Contact and display the Contact Summary page. The Transfer you added will display in the Sales Path section. The receiving Property Administrator will be sent a "New Contact" notification via email.
  6. Users at the receiving Property may access the Contact record, adjust any required fields as desired, and assign the Contact to the appropriate Sales Exec.
